Interoperability
GoalView is designed using proven Microsoft multi-tier technology. GoalView
is ODBC compliant and provides import/export capabilities using
industry-standard data exchange file formats. Additionally, Learning Tools
International is a charter member of the Schools Interoperability Framework
Initiative (SIF), http://www.sifinfo.org,
industry standards to integrate school information.
Learning Tools has served on the SIF Technical Board and is currently
defining the objects for the Instructional Management SIF Workgroup. SIF
can integrate GoalView, your district student information system
and other district information systems, e.g., food services, transportation,
staff training.
