Partners : Council for Exceptional Children
The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and Learning Tools International have partnered on the
distribution of on-line Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and information management software systems over the
Internet. CEC and Learning Tools create and maintain the highest standards of practice for providing current IDEA
Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Progress Reporting systems to educators worldwide.
